By signing technology transfer contracts, an enterprise may receive relatively mature research outcomes from universities and research institutes, including the patent rights, patent application rights, and patent implementation licenses for their new technologies, new products, new processes and etc.

By implementing a series of policies like stock ownership incentives, organizing experts to evaluate the market prospects of technologies, and introducing the lawyer team to provide professional advice and etc., the university is to use its intellectual property to fund or participate in newly established technological companies to promote the transformation of research outcomes.
